There is so darn much that goes into the idle quality of a motor that I must say with all due respect I think your wasting your time on this search!
I have seen a BBC of 468 cid with 9.2 comp and running a Cam bigger then what you are looking at idle Wine glass smooth at 550 rpm!
For this motor such was manly responsible due to running a Holley Carb with replaceable idle and air bleeds and the time spent in very fine tuning it, period, and these Carbs are not cheap!
Ruff low speed running before any give cid motor comes on the Cam is also due 60% of the time to reversion from the Exh side getting back into the chamber, as any type of Exh system back pressure during the Cam overlap phase at low rpm ( low exh velocity times ) will produce this unwanted idle effect!
If your the type who will only run Exh Manifolds with high flow heads then this is something you will need to live with!
