For months and months this junk gets "bumped to the top" by a seller who is desperately clinging to the "Greater Fool" theory. Precious few cars actually sell. The same is true for other venues, especially Craigslist.

And the big money guys are more interested in buying nice cars to start with, not dicking around with junk projects.
