My numbers come from Tom's projected $2000.00 for the manifold, the cost of 2 proper carburetors, linkage, air cleaners, fuel lines, water neck. It would all add up pretty quickly. Honestly don't know if there are 50 Pontiac fanatics willing to do this. Although it would fit a GTO, the primary market is pre-1964 full size cars. Not allot of them left.
Running Nostalgia Super Stock in a Pontiac only leaves you with a few choices for intake and carbs. Either a Single AFB, 2x4 intake with AFB/Edelbrocks or Tri Power with Rochesters. Not a lot of intake choices for the 2x4 guys. I run a Wenzler and with the amount of work it took to get it to fit, welding up all the porosity holes, 1/2lb of Moroso A/B Epoxy, Making a top plate, hours of port work, I think a bathtub would be worth it. Even better if it had a GM part number on it.

Using Tom's 2K, add a couple 750 E-carbs, I think you could put something together around 3K.

With Nostalgia Races getting bigger I think you could move a few. Plus this thread has already had 3K+ views. (Maybe its just me and Tom that keep clicking on it)

What about casting without the water cross over?

Does anyone know the height or could measure from sitting on a bench to the carb mounting? I think if it is shorter than the Wenzler/Nash set ups then that open up a lot more people that may be interested as they can run a stock GTO hood.
