That link you gave is the snowflake lugnut.
The wheel that a 1976 LE/SE would have recieved is a polycast 'Honeycomb' wheel - it is essentially a rubber face on a steel wheel;
The Honeycomb wheels used the standard Rally II lugnut, which was a steel lug with an aluminum cap.
