Unless something drastically changes, the vehicles will be in a junkyard. There will be no more used car market.

Why would anyone spend $12,000 for a set of aluminum heads?
Thousands for a battery? No problem. By then they'll probably be hundreds.


Not sure of your age, but back when the slot car craze was going on (early 60's), I knew guys who spent a lot of money to switch the electric motors to faster ones. These were school kids mostly. Imagine doing that to a Tesla?
It's already faster than most gas powered cars.
Why not hop it up? Or the batteries? (more volts makes it faster I imagine)


Again, change will happen, some won't like it, but that's the way it's been for eons.
