The rears use the Eldo calipers - but you will need custom ebrake cables.
This is essentially a 79-85 Eldo brake system, so if you can get a 1" bore master to bolt up to the booster that would work perfectly.
We also have something in the works that has more braking power but would require bigger rims (disc 15").
