IIRC '66 is a stand alone piece...
...and very hard to find. The parts book info is a bit confusing but seems to confirm this.
I sourced an NOS back in the early 80's from Bill Fennell and have never seen another since.
If you happen to have a '65 I can match the pin spread against a good used '66 I have in the bin, It may work??.
