I used Noico. It seems to be a similar material as Dynamat, but cheaper. If you really want to quiet things down, you will need a thin layer of closed cell foam and mass loaded vinyl. Also you don’t need to Dynamat every square inch either. You may want to take a look at the Sound Deadener Showdown website—lots of good info there.
