Scott,

I gave the tape a try but with no success so I went extreme and wedged a screw alongside of the key. The screw has a good bite and even pulling and wiggling with vise grips attached to the screw it still wont let loose. I think the switch would pull thru the dash before the cylinder lets loose.


Pete, I really did not want to resort to destroying the cylinder but it looks like I don't have a choice.
