I run a 27" with my 3.55's and it works out pretty well on the street in all conditions .
Engine likes 7,000 rpm though so I have a complete 4.88 rear I use with a 28" tire if I want optimum times. Funny even with that rear it still cruises 65 mph at 2500 rpm and 70 mph at 2700 rpm. Still better than the M-20/3.55 setup that was 2800 just to go 65 mph.
As it sits right now with 3.55's and the TKO it easily crosses the finish line in 3rd gear, lol.
