The IA II Aluminum blocks are machined on fully automated multi-axis CNC machines. I would be scared to death to sent a one of a kind block into a machine like that and push the GO button. No way to recover when something goes sideways. KRE has the ability to machine it in manual mode, which you can generally hit the emergency stop before something is completely ruined. Might be worth a call. It can be machined on a manual mill. Lots of time and set-ups. It would take hundreds of hours. A labor of love, not profit.
