I can believe it was an early Judge with no glovebox emblem.
The rest sounds more like misinformation or maybe fluffery.
Mostly there is no way to know or prove which Judge was #3 or #300 - at any given plant. And 6 plants produced them.
Maybe he meant to say titanium valve spring retainers
SPEC or SPECIAL usually always pertains to special order paint color.
He might have something different , would be neat.
It was REALLY COOL that he even had a Judge and he let you guys see it.
Something like that can always make any day - a better day.
