The dash bezel in my 1971 Formula doesn't have a bird emblem on it, and there are no holes to indicate it ever had one. I've never seen this before. I know that cars equipped with rally gauges and air conditioning didn't have the emblem, because there was nowhere to put it, but every other car I've seen had the bird emblem.
