The wife's car is mainly set-up for NA bracket racing and runs consistent 6.90's/11.0's around 121-122 mph (only run qtr mile a couple times a year) with 3.73gears on a 275/60 or 28x9 tire with a somewhat tight converter. For Dragweek, we've sprayed a max of 125hp right at the 1-2 shift pulling 6 degrees (so there is no risk of hurting anything nor having to make any changes to the current set-up with the car outside of pulling a little timing) and the car has run 10.30's@ 131mph relatively consistent in sh#tty conditions.
Last years event when the weather actually improved at the track for the friday night Q32 race, the car would have probably ran mid teens on the same 125 shot but she was pedaling hard for 3 of rounds. A lot of variables though, including the driver. If we sprayed a 150-175 shot, the car would easily run into the higher 9's. I would guesstimate 9.80's. The car really only picked up about 400rpms in the traps with her shift point changing from 6000 to 6200 in 3rd gear.
