When I was dealing with Mark regarding his oil pumps he told me that he had conversations with both Mahle and Dura-Bond engineers and he mentioned they tend to shy away from 20W-50 oil in street cars. They would prefer 10W30 or 10W40. For the most part I've always used 10W30 oil.

And then you get into cold pour ratings to add more fuel to the fire as all 20-50's are not created equal, and that all plays a roll as well.
We could just go on and on about this or that. LOL
