The carb is a 2 circuit carb.
Normally the 3 circuit carbs would have threaded in Air Bleeds (6 on the Primary Side and 6 on the Secondary Side with a 3 circuit carb.
With a 2 Circuit carb you will have 4 Air Bleeds that are threaded for brass jets.
But the easiest way to check for 2 circuit vs 3 circuit carbs is to open the throttles completely (and by looking thru the bottom of the carb) look for 4 little brass pipes. (One in each bore) cut off at an angle above the Transfer Slots.
The deal is you have to look in both places as some carbs have been modded from 3 circuit to 2 circuit and the builder left the brass angled tubes in the bores. If it is a true 3 circuit carb all 6 spots on each side will have a air bleed with an opening you can put a small drill bit thru.
