Entry level on these C2's ('63-'67) seems to be right around $20K. I've seen some pretty rough projects bring that kind of money. There's virtually nothing in the $15K or less area anymore. But, just like our Firebirds and GTO's, they aren't building any more of them so if a guy wants one he has to step up and pay.
I paid $18K for this one and was very happy at that price. Like I said, it was complete but very tired and looked like this when I bought it:
