I would assume still a record of the salvage title but if you were to move that car to Idaho that was mentioned above it looks like you could get a clean title for it and sell it to someone that isn’t going to do a title search. Not ethical but I’m sure it happens
Unfortunately there are probably people that specialize in this type of thing.
