Yeah, space is at a premium here in Seattle, too. I'd be much happier if my house had a garage to store the GTO, but renting shop space as an alternative has worked out pretty well. It's additional cost, but cars are my primary hobby and I have enjoyed meeting like-minded folks. Has been a positive experience overall.
