Lots of resto clues, the unpainted front and top power steering covers, hose clamp orientation. The car looks like it was almost brand new, some kid probably discovered on the way home from the dealer that a RA Pontiac 400 and 4.33 gears would write checks that those four drums just couldn't cash!
