btw, I wonder if this car could be tracked down by PHS docs? studying the pics I think you can narrow it down quite a bit... 1968 GTO hardtop, RA1, Automatic, power drum brakes, power steering, not sure but looks like Verdoro, obviously has ivory buckets also seems to not have a Cordova top. Car also has power windows, RII wheels, white line tires (redline was standard), remote mirror, soft ray windshield (cant tell side windows), hideaways. No power antenna, but it has an AM radio (FM radios had a capacitor on the heater blower) no cornering lamps, no hood tach, no underhood lamp, looks like it has the standard wheel. I think the 68 RA1 production with an automatic was in the 100-150 range, if you could narrow it down by these specific options and colors it might come down to one car?
