I’m not aware of the 68 systems but it’s easily determined by a look at the illustration section of the MPC.

As for 69 there are 4 possible exhaust systems but with only two different individual choices for any of the main components

Head pipes are determined by engine:
265 and 350 horse use same 2” pipes that bolt to standard manifolds with stamped flanges. 366 and 370 horse use 2 1/4” pipes that bolt to Hi performance manifolds with cast flanges.

Mufflers are same on all 69 GTO’s with one muffler longer than the other (all 2 1/4” head and tailpipes are reduced at the fitting so all cars can use the same mufflers).

Tailpipes are determined by transmission:
Manual transmissions all use 2 1/4” straight tailpipes. Automatic transmissions all use 2” Two piece tailpipes with the back end pipes incorporating canister resonators.

This produces four possible combinations
