If you see this happen again, simply report the post and the moderators will take care of it. As a general rule: if a brand new board member suggests you go buy a part from someone who's not on the board, most likely it's a scam.

I thought there used to be a rule that a member had to have so many legitimate posts within the site before they could post in the classifieds?? I could be wrong, but something like that sticks in my head.
