I just changed springs and shocks on my 73' formula, the old ones where eibach (i think) and som unknown brand shocks.
Previous owner have some how FUBAR'ed the springs, by not lining them up in the frame pocket and crushed the indexing fingers, leaving the spring rubbing against the frame.
stock A-arms with bilstein B6 shocks, Ridetech StreetGRIP Lowering Coil Springs – Dual Rate SKU: 11172351 . (i added a metro rubber spring insulator to the top of the springs)
Front tire is 225/60-15
Subframe bushings is ptfb solid ones installed normally (no wedge/lower)
This is how it sits after about a month of driving.
