First, apologizing for something is pointless if you're going to do the exact same thing
later. Second, apologies aren't sincere when you're copping an attitude.
You like to research things, so why are you listening to some employee at a generic tire
franchise? I honestly can't even begin to imagine how frustrated you'd be if the fender
contacted the tire. Just because something "works" in a driveway, doesn't mean it works
out on the road.
