That was absolutely part of my decision when I saw the ratio break on these carriers. If I buy a posi carrier for the 3.23, I couldn't use it if those gears broke or just decided I'd rather have lower gears. Better to make the decision now and get the 3.55's and the 3.36 and numerically higher posi carrier.

I'm looking at the Dana SVL. It appears they have a very good reputation and are reasonably priced.
