If it was a 421-4 speed numbers matching car and a 2+2, the price would still be high but easier to justify. I'm thinking it's a $15k car tops if it truly is presentable and the conversion work was done well. This is obviously without pictures and assuming that it needs no mechanical work, the top is good, etc.
Think of it this way: that price will buy you a mint condition numbers matching 428HO 4 speed convertible '67 2+2 and maybe even have a few grand leftover.
