I'm running the offy right now there the best of the two
And i've run 600-Holleys and 600 edelbrock carbs and they work good two
right outa the box but I run them where there both hooked together.
Don't try and run on for cruising and the other comes in later.
I also run 750 carters to but it was a little fat for the street.
I also get decent mileage too even with both carbs hooked direct.
