No. The guys that bought it from me purchased a PHS on it, and verified that was was a 400/4 speed GT Convertible purchased locally to me. When I sold it it had just over 100k on the odometer. It had some decent options, such as dash tach/rally gauges, power trunk, honeycombs, and A/C.
