I've been away from the boards for a few weeks, but thought I'd share another fun little road trip I took with the GT a couple weeks back. I decided I needed a little Pontiac time, and with a 2 day window, I decided it was time to explore some backroads of the desert.

I headed west out of Phoenix on Hwy 60, out thru the CA desert on Hwy 62, and landed outside Palm Springs the evening of Dec 30th. On the 31st, I ran north out of 29 Palms, across Interstate 40 to Needles, then down Hwy 95 back to Parker AZ and home just in time to ring in 2021.

Sometimes, you just can't get enough time behind the wheel of a classic Pontiac, right? One of these days I will get back to the bodywork on the GT, but I have to tear myself away from driving it all the time.
