Every time you agree to the terms of service for an app upgrade you basically grant them permission to access any and everything on your phone (camera, mic, gps, files, contacts, text messages, ...). You can go through and restrict permissions but I'm sure they have work arounds to get what they want. You may restrict app X from accessing your photo album but app K which has access also shares info with app X.
