Since you have to buy the cam anyway, I don't see a reason to buy a hydraulic roller stick, and then put solid roller lifters on it.

May as well buy a solid roller stick at this point and go all the way if you're really hooked on a solid.

Personally, I'd replace the hydraulic roller cam you had in the engine with a duplicate and just run a hydraulic roller lifter on it. Either get the Comp S or the Johnsons and call it done.
