Up for sale is a 1969 Rochester Quadrajet 7029268 WF
This came stock on my 69 Firebird 400 with TH400 tranny, late August 1968 build date according to my PHS documents (aka early 69).
Since I changed out the tranny to a 2004r it required a new throttle shaft for the cables, a rebuild, etc. I decided to go with a Sean Murphy Induction Stage 2 Q-jet with the proper linkage and upgraded cfm.
This one will need a rebuild for best performance, although it does work now.
Carb comes with the TH400 auto kick down solenoid switch, an aftermarket electric choke, PCV valve and a 3 prong vacuum fitting, everything you see in the pics.. The kick down solenoid was serviced to make sure it worked before I swapped out to the 2004r in January 2020.
