solid roller and not pulling heads and isn't good. I planned mine on my #16's 68 heads and went to longer RA IV valves to give me tons of room for high lift and tall proper spring set up. went with a a Herbert spring #175 on seat which is listed for solid roller and seems mild but has always worked flawless but I also never revved it past 6200 but I also did titanium 10 degree retainers.. the tall springs got also matching longer thick wall butler pushrods all of it 14 years or so later still working flawless
