We bought for 192k in 2009 (North Houston) and now Zillow says $380k without my shop. Our realtor friend said it’s more like 420-450 and will sell within days.
If you had a house that had issues and couldn’t pass inspection now is the time to sell. So many people not requiring inspections- I don’t get it.
