Edelbrock Torker II 8.176" 8.397"

Is the North Wind really 1.5" taller??

Trying to retain a ram air pan set up and have the Torker 2 now.... going 1.5" taller would likely not allow me to retain the setup is why I ask.
I’ve used both and I’d say that’s close. The TII had a 1” spacer on it and the NW has a 1/2” and the air cleaner is as close to the hood as I’m comfortable with.
The TII is angled while the NW has a level carb flange from front to back. A ram air setup using the stock scoops could be fabbed up but if you’re making enough power to need a NW those small scoops will probably limit the engine.
