Default Bearing size and oil holes

Starting to mock up mew block and crank specs before I take it to machine shop. Main bores all on the tight side 3.1880. When I add the Sealed Power 113M bearings I get a 0.004 clearance. Crank is 2.9995 on journals. Another brand a click tighter bearings? Or a 0.001 undersize?

Also main saddle oil holes not centered(except #1 last picture)-slot main saddle or notch bearing?
