A lot of ppl are switching to stay home workroom hime much as possible until they need to go into shop for specific reasons.
The rolls of ppl have definitely changed, the on-sight mechanics get sent files now the SW programmers used to do their on sight SW install-etc, yet thats getting delineated out some now.
Ppl are going creative to do distance work now a lot. I dont hear hardly ANY complaints, work in home and NO travel to shop get SAME PAY.
