After installing the flexalite fan setup, and after letting the engine idle for a couple hours, and after driving around town for a while, my temp does not go over 190 unless I shut it down, then it quickly goes back down.
It cycles nicely between about 180°-190° and stays in the 'green' on my gauge.. The fan is very powerful and very quiet.

That's great news. I like the clean install with the brackets up top - did you fabricate those? Are they attached to the top of the radiator? How did you attach at the bottom? Any close up pics?
