$89 plus tax for a brand new OEM horn that won't sound like a dying cat is a good deal. Gotta pay if you want to play.
Like I said, you need to reuse your ORIGINAL bracket, as GM wasn't going to offer several service replacement horns.
Never had any luck rebuilding them. They never sound or look right afterwards.
