If you just bolt in the regulators, tracks, stops, guides, glass, windows fuzzies, and other related items, and then take it up, it would drastically reduce the labor hours.
There are even YouTube vids that can be used as a general reference.
It's not that difficult, it's straight mechanical stuff.
