The AE86 Toyota is one of the most desirable and collectible Japanese cars there is. It was the last rear wheel drive version of the Corolla, was very popular in racing on the track, and was the car at the beginning of the drifting movement in Japan. The twin cam engine is still used in a number of dedicated road racing cars. I wouldn't be surprised if that car went back to a collector in Japan.
