Just finished reading your thread. Actually read it twice taking notes the second time. As many have expressed, thanks for taking the time to document the process.
As I watched the time line I couldn't help but think that if restoration shops worked as fast as you do and with such precision, restorations wouldn't cost 50-100k in labor.
I read that you worked in mostly an office environment (I'm guessing some field work as well) before retirement, but I am wondering if you had ever attended a metal fab/auto body program or are you self taught?
