Many here have been in the same place you are today, I can't count how many great dogs I've had to do the same to. No matter how many times you've been through it, it never gets any easier.

It hurts your heart because you see them every day of their lives, and they never do anything, but be so happy to see you. I guess that's the reason, they're known as, mans best friend, they've earned the title, no one gave it to them.

When you have to go through this inevitable time you swear you never want to again. Most people go through their mourning, and within a year start the process again.

Prayers sent to help with this incredibly hard time you're in. Your pal now has his dignity back, and no pain. Stay strong.
