If you are a skilled metal grafter, I see two options (in theory):

1.) Get a pair of 68 doors, cut the front jam area out of them (where the hinges mount) and weld in the same metal from your 67 doors. You would have to be really good to do this trick and would have to find good 68 doors to do it.

2.) Take your 67 doors and cut out the entire inside metal piece that the window tracks mount to. Weld that part in from 68 doors and use the 68 door guts. To me, this seems easier and this sheet metal is usually good even on doors with badly rotted door corners. You probably wouldn't even need to dress the welds if neatly done as your interior door panels would cover the welds.. I have a pair of 68 doors with window tracks I would sell if you want to do this, but I'm in Wisconsin and don't want to ship entire doors as the cost and packaging would be prohibitive. My doors are pretty rotted, but good in that area. Certainly you could find these locally at a reasonable price.
