Seems to me it can vary depending on your setup. My car will have no heater and a blower intake with a Moon front cover. Using a remote pump. Without adding some sort of bypass, if I use a thermostat, 55 GPM will have nowhere to go until it opens. Not sure how big a bypass is necessary to provide adequate flow while the engine warms up. I’m leaning towards no thermostat. Still a ways off before I see how it all works out.
