I’ve had a hard time watching him. I tried once and gave up. Recently watched probably 5 episodes which got a little better but I still had trouble. I am a fan of Roadkill, Roadkill Garage, Engine Masters, and some “spin offs” including Finnegan’s Garage and Faster with Finnegan (Hot Rod Garage is okay but not my favorite). As much as Derek seems like a relatively genuine (take me or leave me) type guy, and seems to love his country, he definitely tried to emulate the roadkill type show a little too hard for my liking. Maybe I need to continue watching to see how his episodes have progressed.
