LOL....my stepbrother is from the NYC area, is a year younger, and had a '65 just like mine except his was Fontaine Blue instead of Blue Charcoal and his was totally rusted out. Bad enough so it was too unsafe to drive to CA. He couldn't believe the 'zero rust' on the CA cars. Hell, my car still runs its original brake and fuel lines and body mounts, etc. Here's a photo of mine when I had the rear bumper off. All Original....just wiped the dust off of the frame rail...
