I would think BES could cut the groove with their Rottler F65 machine or similar. If you like to do everything yourself, I have a BHJ O-ring cutting tool and a Pontiac plate I could possibly send you with a deposit and you can cut them yourself. This is a hand operated tool, but accurate if your careful. +-.001". You would need to buy the correct size carbide insert to match the ring. But that's not expensive, Like $30-35.00. Let me know if you want to try that.
