My friend had an AMT track, kinda fun because of the steering, but not fast. I was into slot cars from '65 to '68 and there were 2 tracks near me. I had one of the '66 GTO's in the beginning. This was the last car I built. Shinoda body, piano wire frame, self-rewound armature, home-made silicone tires. Always a top 3 finisher in the long races. Sold it to a collector a few years ago.
